GLADIATOR PLATE BENEFITS

Gladiator Plate, unlike most advertised 400BNH plate, will consistently test at or above it's hardness rating.

Gladiator has a through-thickness hardness produced in the mill by accelerated cooling from the austenization temperature which greatly extents plate life. 

Service life is extended by the high hardness to the core of the plate and also means that thinner plates can be used with the same service life.

Gladiator is easily welded by all low hydrogen production welding processes using E7018, E9018, 11018 and 12018 manual type electrodes.
