High Manganese Steel Plates

 

High Manganese is an 11-14% Manganese Nickel plate, not harmed by heat, that has been designed for use where impact and wear are problems. It can be easily welded, cut and cold formed, but can only be drilled with special drills.

High Manganese has many applications such as chute liners, buckets and trays, dump truck bed liners, pedestal and journal box liners, crusher liners, re-lining old buckets, shot cleaning room liners and more. High Manganese will work harden to approximately 550-650 BHN.
